The 2025 Great Night Gala brought smiles to everyone's faces! Co-Chaired by Eric and Betsy Boughner and honoring the Broadhurst Family, the event captured the fun and friendly atmosphere of Eat'n Park, the family-friendly diner that's a Pittsburgh staple. The fundraiser hosted 400 attendees and aimed to raise $480,000 for the Museum. The Development Team worked diligently to bring to life our vision for a night of smiles: an outdoor, garden party aimed at making everyone smile. We created whimsical centerpieces, hung large crepe paper flowers (all created by community volunteers), served boozy milkshakes, gave out seed packet and Smiley(R) cookie favors, created a smile game for guests to guess the celebrity smile, and brought in Smiley himself for a special appearance. People danced the entire evening and enjoyed the exhibits throughout the first floor of the Museum. With the support of our community, we raised more than $500,000 for the Museum through our Great Night Gala: A Night of Smiles!
